Many of the more complex products are following a projectbased approach. These are mainly offshore projects or other projects which are complying to international standards or certifications. The process steps in this case is as follows:

• Assessment RFQ (makeable / realisable)
• Kick-off together with client en third-parties (DNV, Lloyds, ABS etc.)
• Drawing-up of projectplanning
• Drawing-up of qualityplan / inspectionplan / weldingplan
• Engineering for production and assembly
• Physical implementation production / assembly / coating
• Testing and additional activities according qualityplan
• Final inspections and projectrelease
• Handing over the project-documentation or manufacturing databook 
• Project-evaluation

In regard of carrying out projects we take care of all the contactmoments with NDT-firms, inspection agencies and heat-treatment companies. We have an extended experience in successfully implementing projects for many international clients.
